This incident has been resolved. Microsoft has deployed a fix for the underlying issue (Microsoft issue ID: MO1331639), and sync operations from Microsoft To-Dos into Ninety are now functioning normally. Two-way sync has been fully restored.

We are aware of an issue affecting the Microsoft To-Do integration. All sync operations from Microsoft To-Dos into Ninety are currently failing (Ninety to Microsoft remains operational), the integration will not regain full functionality until Microsoft resolves an issue on their service (Microsoft issue ID: MO1331639).
This issue originates within Microsoft’s platform and is outside of Ninety’s control. No action is required on your part; sync will resume automatically once Microsoft deploys a fix.
We are monitoring Microsoft’s progress and will update this page as new information becomes available.
